VEMMA Comp Plan ....
As announced last month all new members effective as of 4-1-05 must be at the $120- product
level to qualify for consistency bonus. This only changes qualification for the "consistency" bonus and not "Fast Start"
or "Cycling" bonus. All members that joined prior to 4-1-05 still qualify for the consistency bonus at the $60- product
level until 9-29-05.
New distributor members may still join us through your MyVemma.com websites at the $60- product
level. Please Note- Effective 4-1-05 VemmaBuilder now has a $120- starting level for all new members. Volume
is already up over 30% since 4-1 and of course your Fast Start and Cycling bonus are increased accordingly as well!

This week marks the first phase of our plan to
increase the Cycle Value. As you know, when the Cycle Value is higher, the Cycle Bonus, 1st Tier Matching Bonus and the 2nd
Tier Matching Bonus all become higher. Starting at the beginning of March with week 10, because of increased volume, it's
now possible to pay a full 50% of the wholesale revenue. These additional funds were added to the Cycle Value amount raising
the Cycle Value from $20 USD to $26.58 USD. This represents an almost 33% pay increase for our Members who are cycling! Now,
please remember that the Cycle Value WILL FLUCTUATE each week depending on the amount of Members qualifying, but
think of it this way, anything over a $20 USD Cycle Value is extra money for you and your team! The Cycle Tracker in your back office will continue to show a Cycle Value of $20 USD and the current Cycle Value will begin to be posted weekly
in the Bonus History section of your back office.
The second phase of increasing the Cycle Value even higher will be implemented April
1. Beginning with week 14, new Vemma Members signed up after April 1, 2005, must have 120 QV or two Vemma Nutrition Programs
in personal volume in order to qualify for the Consistency Bonus. Any Member with one Vemma Nutrition Program who generates
a Consistency Bonus will not qualify to receive that bonus and those funds will be added to the weekly Cycle Value. All existing
Vemma Members who have enrolled before April 1, 2005 will be given until September 29, 2005 (or the end of week 39) before
this rule is implemented.
Here's the main reason for this change: what we've discovered is that Members with product
on hand are excited and growing their businesses. Members who use one Vemma Nutrition Program and have one on hand to share
or sell are having the best results. I want everyone to have great results with Vemma. Here's one thing I know for sure, when
you have product, you move product. I used to have to sell 36 bottles a month as a distributor of an herbal health product
just to get any kind of a check. All I thought about every day was who can I talk with about this product. When you get Vemma
into someone's hands, the product will work for them and the business will work for you. It's all about the product and when
someone wants to try it, they typically want it right then. I apologize if you don't agree with this change and I hope the
six-month extension will give you enough time to develop your business to this new level.
Keep in mind, Members can
still participate in other features of the Dual Line Compensation Plan with only one Vemma Nutrition Program on Autoship.
They will still qualify for the Fast Start Bonus and Cycle Bonuses. Please also remember, if you're not on Autoship, you can't
accrue cycle volume or qualify for any bonuses. Activity is defined as having an order with a minimum of 60 QV AND an existing
Autoship order. Semi-active is defined as having an order with a minimum of 60 QV. While being semi-active (i.e. placing an
order) will prevent your volume from flushing, it will not make your account active and your account will NOT accrue volume.
In order for your account to be active and accrue volume, you must place an order and sign up for Autoship.
Vemma is
almost five months old now. We are committed to continue to make this the finest opportunity and product available anywhere.

2. How to set up VemmaBuilder: All VEMMA Members
- After logging in to your MyVemma website go to the link " Corporate News"
- Click on the link "Activate your VemmaBuilder System today!"
- Complete all the information requested and your system will be activated.
- Imagine2020 members will not be billed, new VEMMA members receive VemmaBuilder Free for the first
30 days!
- ExactBuilder Users- Log into your new VemmaBuilder website and change your personal email
address to your ExactBuilder email address. From the "Account Info" section find the link "Update Personal Info"
and change your personal email address to your ExactBuilder email address just like we did with Imagine2020, this will link
the 2 systems together. Your ExactBuilder email address is your username for Exactbuilder, example- yourEBusername@exactbuilder.com .
Do NOT make any changes to your ExactBuilder system until after you have activated your new VemmaBuilder system
and updated your email address.
3. ExactBuilder Users: All VEMMA Members. ExactBuilder
is our VIP Teams exclusive traffic generation system to get your new business going quickly! Not yet an ExactBuilder
user? Go to our VIP Team support site at http://www.vipteam.us password- diamonds for complete details and instructions.

VemmaBuilder Update & Activation Instructions 11-23-04
This week will be an exciting one as we launch our new VemmaBuilder marketing system and adjust
our ExactBuilder traffic generation system accordingly. VemmaBuilder will be available tonight Tuesday 11-23.
Here are the quick and easy steps necessary to get them started....
First- How to activate your new VemmaBuilder system. Tuesday
night at aprox 9PM EST you will be able to activate your VemmaBuilder system during phase 2 of the beta testing. Log
into your MyVemma.com website and find the "VemmaBuilder Activation Link", complete all the info requested
and your system will be activated. Don't forget to change your personal email address to your ExactBuilder email address
from the "account info" section of your new VemmaBuilder website to link the 2 systems together just like we did with Imagine2020.
Do NOT make any changes to your ExactBuilder system until after you have activated your new VemmaBuilder system and updated
your email address.
Second- log into your EaxctBuilder website, go to the "messages" section
and select the appropriate marketing option. If you are both a VEMMA and Imagine2020 member then select "VEMMA
first then Imagine2020". After you have done this you may activate all the leads you have that are not

Congratulations and Welcome to all our new Imagine2020 and VEMMA members!
We are all waiting with great anticipation for the launch of
our new Imagine2020 sister marketing system- VemmaBuilder. The latest word
from Allan Fields, owner of the I-2020 system is that beta testing will begin early next week and full launch of the system
should be by Friday 11-12. Keep an eye open late next week for an email update telling you how to access and activate
your VemmaBuilder system.
In preparation all VEMMA members should now have their MyVemma.com company websites all set up, personalized
to you, and ready to go. I'm sure you all agree the "Financial Makeover" movie on our new websites is absolutely fantastic
and does a great job telling our story. After registering your new username and password at www.myvemma.com be sure to log into the members area and make the following adjustments....
Go to your "Account Info" section and verify all your information. From this section also
set your placement options, we recommend - 1-left, 1-right, profit. This will automatically place your first 2 new personally
enrolled in the proper leg to activate your business center then determine your profit line and place all other personally
enrolled accordingly.
Next, go to the "manage website" section. Select all the information you would like to
appear on your website. You can even upload your picture and change the text if desired.
The "Genealogy" section will be up sometime today and the "cycle tracker" tomorrow.
Adjustments are constantly being made to all the figures you see initially.
The "Bonus History" section will be up by the 17th after the payroll run and a "leaders board"
is being worked on and will be up within the next month.
Log into your MyVemma.com website often and check for new sections and information!
You may now start directing traffic to your MyVemma.com website. As new members upgrade
now, prior to the launch of VemmaBuilder, they will also be able to register for VemmaBuilder from a special website after
it starts and maintain their correct positioning.
Our ExactBuilder System
As soon as VemmaBuilder is ready our teams exclusive ExactBuilder system will be reformatted
to promote to VEMMA in addition to Imagine2020. Please Note- when ready it will be necessary for you to log
into your ExactBuilder account and go to the "user info" section. From this section you will select the program or programs
you want to promote to. There will be 4 options to choose from, if you are an existing Imagine2020 member also
working VEMMA select the option" Promote To VEMMA First Then Imagine2020". All of your leads will then be reprogrammed
for VEMMA and when done start mailing out to your VemmaBuilder system. Load up now with fresh leads for next Fridays
VemmaBuilder launch!

Dear VEMMA Member:
This morning, Vemma officially opened for business! It's been almost a year in development
and a ton of man (mostly woman) hours to get us to this point. I feel so fortunate to have you play such an important role
in helping to build a strong foundation for what will become the next great networking company. This is a rare moment
in the history of this multi-billion dollar industry. Everything that was delivered this morning couldn't have happened without
you and your efforts. For that, I am and will remain extremely appreciative.
You're an important part
of something great! They
call me the Founder of Vemma, but I share that title with you and every person who had the vision to join the Vemma Nutrition
Company before we even opened its doors, turned on a website or shipped a single order. You should be applauded for believing
in the Vemma opportunity even before you could see anything. Others go through life with the philosophy of "I'll believe it
when I see it." Not you...you're as much of a visionary as I am!
Now that your website is available to you, you'll need to activate it and choose a URL (for example,
www.myvemma.com/johndoe). Due to the incredible response during pre-launch, our Distribution Center is working overtime to
fulfill all orders and your order should be en route to you by Friday, November 5th. Once you activate your website you'll
see how enrolling a new person just became a whole lot simpler! All new enrollees must be entered through your MyVemma.com
site. You will also find a PDF version of the Member Application in your back office. This is for your personal use if, for example, you're having coffee or lunch with
a prospect and want to get a commitment from them right then and there. Later, you can log on to your MyVemma.com back office

a username and password in order to login. Please make sure to provide us with a valid email address while choosing
your username and password as all corporate correspondence regarding your order and qualification will be by email. If we
do not have a valid email address on file for you, you may not get important notices.
As soon as you can, I suggest you customize your site with your picture
and story by clicking on the navigation item that reads Manage Website. The part of your back office that allows you to choose
your placement strategy will also be available, so I encourage you to go in and choose one as soon as possible. As soon as
you activate your site, you may begin to immediately enter any new applications you may have. Anyone who you sign-up or who
signs-up through your myvemma.com site will be placed according to the strategy you choose. In the future, Vemma will offer
a preferred placement tool that will allow you to place people under someone in your downline. More information will be available
soon!
After you've done all that, visit
the Vemma Stuff store in your back office. There you'll find business cards, labels, stamps — all the things you'll
need to promote your business. Over the next few weeks and months, we'll be adding more great stuff, so check back often.
In this month's orders only, we're including a copy of the Vemma Opportunity Brochure.
A few important details
Your Vemma ID number (VID) is the same as your
New Vision ID for simplicity.
Remember,
Vemma volume periods are weeks instead of months. The Vemma volume period will run from Friday, 12 am (Midnight AZ time) to
the following Thursday at 11:59 pm. Bonuses will pay out Wednesdays and will be two weeks in arrears. The first Vemma volume
period will end on Thursday, 11/4 at 11:59 PM and the first bonus run will occur on Wednesday, 11/17. Your bonus history will
be available in your back office so that you can see what you've earned right away! Also, I encourage you to sign up for direct
deposit so that you can get your bonuses even faster. You can sign up for Direct Deposit now by downloading the Direct Deposit
form available in the corporate area of your back office. For those who prefer receiving checks, there will be a $2 check
fee.
Each order qualifies you for five
weeks; the week in which you place it and the following four weeks. It is important that you follow-up and make sure that
your Autoship order generated without difficulty to ensure that you maintain this qualification. You can do this in the My
Account and Cycle Tracker sections of your back office. If there was an issue with your Autoship order, you can place an order
in the My Account section of your back office to maintain your qualification. The Friday after the close of each volume week
will be open to allow members to place volume orders in the previous volume period. This can be done by calling 1-800-577-0777
during the regular office hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST (AZ time).
Also, November 5th marks the date that any New
Vision member can be signed up by whoever contacts them (30 days after prelaunch ended). If you haven't contacted everyone
in your group, take the next few days to do so. Vemma is a great reason to make those phone calls. Currently, New Vision members
MUST BE signed up by phone at 1-800-577-0777 to insure a duplicate New Vision account isn't set up for them. A special
section that allows New Vision members to join Vemma online will be available soon!
You're something special!
It takes a special kind of visionary to step out

websites. If you didn't receive the email but have pre-registered for VEMMA then follow these instructions to get your
personal website set up....
Turn your site on Monday
morning! I can't wait for
you to see your new MyVemma.com site. To activate it, visit www.govemma.com and click on the member login icon in the upper right corner. When you arrive at the site, you will need to create
a username and password in order to login. Click on the link "create username". Please make sure to provide
us with a valid email address while choosing your username and password as all corporate correspondence regarding your order

Add your social only if already on file with New Vision

That's it, your own personal website will be created if you have already pre-registered by faxing
in your application previously.

made it to the Las Vegas event have to agree that it had to be the most exciting weekend in years! Again, I apologize for
overselling the room and not having classroom tables for everyone, but I felt that it was important to pack out the room and
get everyone pumped about the future, rather than turn people away. Don't worry, our February 25th, 2005 weekend event will
be able to hold four times the number of Members. Write that date down now and make sure that everyone you sign up is there!
That Friday will mark the first ever official Vemma™ Annual Convention. You won't want to miss it and something tells me it will sell out fast.
 I was able to share with the attendees the prototypes of the Vemma packaging along with the support material that will be

I've seen and heard so much excitement and activity out in the field. Many leaders have been calling me and sharing their
stories of getting people recommitted to this opportunity just by sharing the Vemma™ opportunity with them. I've heard
"we're sitting on a goldmine with our old genealogies and this Vemma Program!" I applaud those that are investing
the time to call their current and past members and tell them about this rare, ground-floor opportunity. The one theme
that has run through almost all of these calls is they wished (some begged) for more pre-launch time. If you haven't
learned this about me, I was born with a genetic fault to try to keep everybody happy. The good news is doctors and therapists

my last email and on the last Maximum Momentum Call I said that September 21st is the cutoff...no exceptions, but if
two more weeks will help you bring in another 10, 20 or 50 new members, I'll give everyone the extra time.
Now that every
leader is squarely focused on building their Vemma groups, the new deadline for pre-launch applications is
Tuesday, October 5th. After the 5th, new signups between October 6th and October 22nd will be called Priority
Placement Applicants. These member's applications need to be sent into Home Office by October 22nd and will be added to the
tree under the pre-launch members. No applications will be accepted between October 23rd and October 31st while the tree is
finalized. If you sign up members during this time, YOU will need to enter the information when your marketing website
(myvemma.com/YOUR NAME) is activated. Vemma will officially launch Monday, November 1st. THIS
IS THE FINAL LAUNCH DATE...NO EXCEPTIONS AND I MEAN IT!
To those members
that got their applications in on time, I apologize for the two week delay in launching. If you want to add to the tree you've
submitted, we'll make sure your additional new Members are placed correctly.
I encourage all
of you to use this time to bring your groups 'up-to-speed' on the Vemma opportunity. If I was in the field, I'd be 'dialing
for dollars' and calling everyone, active or inactive, in my group. I'd visit www.vemmatools.com and I'd buy a bunch of the brand new 'Crystal Ball' CDs that explain the Vemma opportunity and a bunch of 'Vemma Rewards'
CDs that explain the Vemma Dual Line Compensation Plan. Anyone I called that wanted more info, I'd send them out those two
CDs. If they weren't interested, I'd call their downline and when I got a couple of their downline fired up, I'd call that
member back and ask, "your downline is going for it, are you sure you want to pass on this opportunity?'
Put these extra
two weeks to great use, it could mean thousands or even tens of thousands of extra dollars to you in your Vemma check.

The VĒMMA Opportunity
Scheduled Launch Date November 1, 2004
The purpose of VĒMMA is to create a dynamic
stand-alone opportunity that attracts yet another networking segment to our overall business and creates a dynamic new income
stream for our active New Vision® Member base. The only product that will be marketed under this opportunity is the VĒMMA
Nutrition Program. This same philosophy has been very successful with our Spa Essentials line and its success in attracting
party plan marketers.
This separate subsidiary of New Vision brings four critical marketing factors into play:
- A singular product focus that keeps things simple for new people.
- The massive ground-floor interest of a new networking opportunity.
- The appeal to a new MLM market with a creative new Dual Line compensation plan.
- All focused on ultimately bringing new growth to Member's New Vision businesses.
The product offering will be limited to The VĒMMA
Nutrition Program (the sister product to the current Essential Nutrition Program™ Plus, featuring the same formulas
with different names and packaging). The  name VĒMMA (pronounced Vee-Ma) is an acronym for the two 32 oz bottle contents of Vitamins,
Essential Minerals®, Mangosteen
and Aloe. The VĒMMA Member and Customer price of the VĒMMA Nutrition
Program will be $60 which will include a self-replicating marketing website for Members and free shipping for customers. The
current Essential Nutrition Program™ will remain available under the New Vision opportunity.
The concept of VĒMMA is to generate a secondary
income stream for those New Vision Members wishing to participate. Each new VĒMMA enrollee will automatically become
a New Vision Consumer Direct Participant placed frontline to their enroller. If they wish to upgrade to Member status, they
simply need to purchase the $14.95 Business Essentials Kit. Current New Vision Members' participation in this program is optional
and free of charge. As your VĒMMA organization grows, thousands of new customers will migrate over to Members' New Vision
businesses.
The placement of a new enrollee in VĒMMA will
be placed on the left or right of the enroller's business in the VĒMMA Dual Line compensation plan and frontline to that
same enroller on the New Vision compensation plan as Consumers. A New Vision auto-placement feature will allow the enroller
the option of creating a 3X7 matrix (3 frontline, 9 second level, 81 third level, 243 fourth level, etc.) for their New Vision
business if desired.
The Dual Line Compensation Plan is based on the simple
two team-building concept, a left and right team. Each New Vision membership will be given only one position in
this compensation plan. When your efforts are focused on building one position with a two-team organization with the VĒMMA
opportunity, you're simultaneously building a New Vision business. Those wanting to focus solely on VĒMMA need only leave
the auto-placement feature on the New Vision side in place and their new Consumers will be perfectly placed for them. All
that's necessary to qualify for a New Vision Bonus check will be to place a New Vision 100QV+ order with an Autoship base
order of at least 40 QV in addition to their VĒMMA Nutrition Program order.
Since there are just two teams to build, this creates excitement as new Members join one after the other down team lines,
helping more people benefit from the volume and creating greater leverage within the plan.
This allows you to earn commissions on not only your personal sales but also the sales made by other people that fall under
you — no matter who makes the sale, even if they're placed under you by your upline! The VĒMMA Dual Line Plan is
designed to help more people get introduced to the VĒMMA Nutrition Program and help our Member's businesses become profitable...faster!
Three Ways to Earn |
There are Three Great Ways to Earn with VĒMMA
 Retail Income is earned through the Customer Bonus. A customer would enjoy a $60 price
for the VĒMMA Nutrition Program, $120 for the 2 Pack or the $215 price on the Family Pack (4 Pack). Customers would receive
free shipping directly from VĒMMA (a Member receives a free marketing site instead). The enroller of each customer would
receive a Customer Bonus of $16 for the first order and $8 for every additional order shipment when one VĒMMA Nutrition
Program is purchased, $32 for the first order and $16 for every additional order when two VĒMMA Nutrition Programs are
purchased, or $50 for the first order and $30 for each additional shipment when the Family Pack is purchased. These customers
are placed in the Dual Line Tree. For every two sales, a single Cycle Bonus sale is registered. However, a two pack or a Family
Pack will count as one Cycle Bonus sale. While we encourage everyone to take advantage of our convenient Autoship program,
it is not required that customers be on Autoship. Neither activation nor qualification are required for this bonus. A customer
cannot upgrade to member status until 3 months from the first order.
 Team Building Income is developed by promoting the VĒMMA opportunity. To qualify
your membership for this form of income, you simply join our Autoship program for one VĒMMA Nutrition Program ($60.00)
and have one qualified VĒMMA member on your right side and one on your left side who have enrollment dates within the
last 52 weeks*(existing New Vision members do not count towards this qualification. Newly enrolled New Vision members from
September 1, 2004 on WILL count towards this qualification). When you make your first VĒMMA Nutrition Program purchase
you will instantly receive a VĒMMA Business Center (VBC) and a free marketing website. There
is a limit of one VBC per person, per existing New Vision membership or corporate interest. Each
sale made by yourself or by anyone in either of your lines, down through unlimited levels is credited to your VBC.

their memberships. You will have a 5-week grace period to ensure your enrollees' qualification. |
Other Team Building Income Options:
Consistency Bonus: On every order of
your personally enrolled member's (not customers) Autoship orders, the enroller will be eligible to receive a $5 (1 VĒMMA
Nutrition Program), $10.00 (2 VĒMMA Nutrition Programs), or $50 (Family Pack) Consistency Bonus if you are qualified
and have activated your membership.
Cycle Bonus: To qualify for the Cycle
Bonus you have one qualified VĒMMA member on your right side and one on your left side who have enrollment dates within
the last 52 weeks*. Then, once a week, the VĒMMA computer searches down both VBC lines and
whenever 3 sales in one line and 6 sales in the opposite line occur (legs can switch back and forth), a Cycle Bonus of approximately
$20 is earned. You can cycle as many times a pay period as you earn. Each VBC Cycle Bonus is not
capped and non-paid volume for qualified VBC's is not flushed.** By focusing on building a single,
non-capped VBC, long-term momentum and excitement is accelerated. Family Pack sales will count as
two Cycle bonus sales.

*You will not be eligible to receive earnings until you have activated your membership by having one qualified VĒMMA
member on your right side and one on your left side who have enrollment dates within the last 52 weeks . However, any sales
that you have in your organization will NOT be flushed and will remain there until you have activated your membership as long
as you are qualified (60QV). If you do not qualify in any volume period, the sales from that volume period will not accumulate.
** Qualification is defined by a $60 Autoship order. An inactive VBC is defined by any volume period
in which you do not have 60 QV. If you have 12 consecutive volume periods in which you are not qualified, any accumulated
volume will flush. 24 consecutive weeks without qualification and the membership is terminated. |
