What is the last day to get applications to New Vision for structuring?
Applications must be received
by November 22, 2004 . There will be NO exceptions after this date.

How long does a $60 USD order qualify you?
Each $60 USD order qualifies you for five weeks.

What happens if I don't qualify one week?
Any volume period (week) in which you do not have 60 QV, you
are considered inactive. Any sales that occur while you are inactive will NOT accrue. However, any sales that you may have
waiting for you will not flush until you have 12 consecutive weeks of inactivity. Any membership that has 24 consecutive weeks
of inactivity will be automatically terminated.

What happens to wildcard positions if they are not used? Can someone else use them?
If your wildcard positions
are not used during prelaunch, they are lost. They cannot be given to someone else to use.

Can the second position allowed for a spouse be one of the wild card spots?
Yes, if the spouse does
not have an existing New Vision membership.

Do the wild card spots count toward the first two required signups for activation?
Yes, they would not
be an existing New Vision member.

Will current New Vision members count towards the two, four & six required signups?
No. However, after
9/1/04 when you enroll a member in New Vision with a 50 QV order they will count towards these requirements when they also
enroll in Vemma.

New Vision
members enrolled after 9/1/04 with a 50 QV order will count towards these requirements and bonuses when they also enroll in
Vemma.

How should we handle placement and who should get credit for enrollment of current active New Vision members and customers
that join Vemma after September 21st?
People enrolled into New Vision between 9/20/04 and 10/10/04 will be given
priority placement in the Vemma tree. Uplines should have their downline members fill out the pre-launch application and then
send these applications into Vemma by 10/10/04. People enrolled into New Vision after 10/10 or people who do not get their
priority placement applications in on time will need to wait until Vemma launches to go into the tree. Uplines can place them
using their myVemma.com site at that time.

Are two personally-enrolled members required to activate?
Yes. You must personally enroll one qualified
(60 QV) Vemma member on your right side and one qualified member (60 QV) on your left side. This must be repeated every 52
weeks.

Six personally-enrolled people gets you everything? How are these six to be placed?
By having four qualified
(60 QV) personally-enrolled members in addition to your two activation members, one on the Left and one on the Right, you
are eligible to earn all possible bonuses. The additional four people can be placed anywhere in your downline.

Will we be able to see our New Vision pre-launch downline members in the VemmaBuilder.com back office?
Yes,
once the integration is completed.

Will we be able to place Vemma pre-enrollees under our current New Vision pre-launch applicants through the VemmaBuilder.com
back office?
This will be done automatically using the placement strategy that you elect in your back office prior
to the official launch of Vemma.

Will we get credit as the enroller if we place pre-enrollees under someone in our Vemma downline and they upgrade
through the VemmaBuilder.com system?
As the Enroller, you will be eligible to get the Consistency Bonus and the
Matching Bonus.

Will Vemma have the Cran-Raspberry Essential Minerals®?
No, the Vemma Nutrition Program will contain the
Kiwi-Strawberry Essential Minerals as the only flavor option for the Vemma Nutrition Program.

Will the Vemma program be available internationally? Where? When?
Yes, Vemma will be available in the
US and Canada on October 15th, 2004. Future launches will be announced in advance so that business builders have time to prepare.

What business building should I teach my team to use?
VemmaBuilder.com is the sister-system to Imagine2020.com.
VemmaBuilder.com will be integrated with Vemma's systems on a high level — the entire genealogies of the Dual Line program
will be reflected in VemmaBuilder.com. There will be advanced allocation systems to allocate pre-enrollees to help them build.
Vemmbuilder.com will be available on the launch date of Vemma, October 15th, 2004.
All existing New Vision Team Members,
will receive the first month of VemmaBuilder.com for free. There is no charge for VemmaBuilder.com if you are an existing
Imagine2020 client — you will get both systems for one monthly cost of $19.99 USD. You must be a member of Imagine2020
to get the VemmaBuilder.com for free.
There will be a prelaunch site so people can begin marketing and building the
Vemma business before the launch. This prelaunch site is expected to be available at the end of September.
VemmaBuilder.com
will send an email to purged pre-enrollees and dormant account holders to introduce them to the Vemma opportunity. The person
who first introduced them to the I2020 opportunity will get the credit — in the event that they are not active, their
immediate upline will be the enroller.
